About Us (Investment Attraction Division)

Functions of Investment Attraction Division:
It shall take responsibility for investment attraction and capital introduction for Jiangdong Section, establishment of domestic and foreign investment projects, feasibility study reports, contracts, review and approval for articles of association, review and approval for changes in registration or submission for approval. In accordance with specified authority, its duties are hereby specified as follows: verifying and issuing the certificates of approval for foreign-invested enterprises and registration of domestic-funded and foreign-funded enterprises, management over import and export trades in Jiangdong Section; archive management and related statistics work for domestic-funded and foreign-funded enterprises; capital-increase projects and approval services for enterprises in Jiangdong Section; providing investment consultation and agency service for approval issues for enterprises in Jiangdong Section; helping enterprises in Jiangdong Section communicate and contact with functional service institutions; handling all complaints against service quality and administrative efficiency, supervising relevant issues and playing a role of promoting and urging all industrial projects (to be built as planned) to start the construction work; coordination and linkage with competent functional authorities at Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Municipality and Xiaoshan District.
