Development Goals

Near-term:
During 2007-2010, infrastructure construction and project investment attraction shall be basically completed in kick-off section (5.35 square kilometers), and automobile industry corridor (7.5 square kilometers) shall begin to take shape.

Long-term:
During 2011-2015, infrastructure construction of Jiangdong Section (40 square kilometers) shall be completed, and the overall industrial layout of Jiangdong Area of HEDA shall be basically formed. The industrial layout of kick-off section shall be further optimized and promoted in concert with overall layout of the whole area in a coordinated and uniform manner.
